A 30 Day Challenge to Increase Your Family’s Positive Atmosphere

Do you reach the end of your day feeling exhausted?
Is this also how you feel during your weekends?

It really doesn’t have to be like this, you deserve more and your children deserve more than this.
Your children deserve parents that are energetic, full of happiness, empathy and attentiveness to their needs.
So what can you do to achieve such a goal?
Can you imagine a scene in which you lie your life feeling happy, calm and naturally energetic? Whether you can or cannot imagine this I encourage you to create such a vision by writing down the end goal, the best possible scenario you could have in your life, with your children, with your family.
Whatever it is you consider to be the best scenario, go for it, write it down and allow yourself to feel as if this great experience is already taking place and manifesting in your life.
And then move on to an ongoing writing process that will allow you to achieve the goals you set in your vision.
Start writing a short journal and make sure to focus everyday on the positive things that your children did today, the wonderful things they said, the good behaviors they displayed, the positive emotions they expressed, the situations they cooperated nicely with you.
All of these, just keep writing them down at the end of everyday. For 30 days- at least 🙂
I know this will not be easy everyday. While we have really great days with our children we also have some very challenging ones. And it is not so easy to create a new habit, but then again it is probably easier then just feeling drained and tired and upset all day long.
So to me the real challenge is to build the new habit and to be actively able to see the best in your child on a daily basis and write it down in your positive journal.
So many researches indicate that a continuous, systematic focus on the good things in our life creates more of all the good that we noticed and appreciated.
Writing down your dream family life and making a habit to focus on the good in your children is actually a training process.
You will be training your brain and rewiring it in a way that it will learn a new to focus on the positive aspects in your children rather on what is not so great…
It might be challenging at first but once you make this a daily habit you will find that it is become easier to identify the good behaviors and traits and it is easier to notice them also along the day.
Don’t wait another day to start, tonight right after bed time story, open your journal and write down your best possible family vision.
Make sure to follow this by writing at least 3 good things about each of your children, preferably focusing on things that happened today.
The more you focus on the good the happier and more energetic you will feel, and this is a guarantee.
I’m truly curious to hear what do you do to regain your positive spirit, re- energize your self with the family and strengthen the sense of cooperation.
So don’t be shy and please share your thoughts and ideas in the comments section below and on my Facebook page: Positive Whispers
