7 Daily Acts of Love That Will Improve Your Relationship With The Children
It is Valentine’s Day again and waht a great day it is to share the love and improve the life of everyone around you.
And still there is so much love to share each and every day.
I gathered 7 ideas to show your children just how much you love them.
- Wake them up in the morning with a song- singing ignites very positive emotions and is a great way to start the day
- Get silly with them- there is just enough time in our life to be serious with our children, Getting silly allows children to feel comfortable with you and express them self naturally and in an ecological way for them.
- Dance with them- it is well know that motion changes emotion. Children love to dance and even more so with their parents. So don’t think twice, turn on the radio in your living room and dance together.
- Sweet talk them- yes, even older children need to hear they are loved and apprecaited, they are beautiful and smart and… add your own loving, compassionate and caring words for your children
- Hug them at least 10 times a day- so much good happens in our body when we hug others, give your children this gift and insist on long, cuddly hugs
- Send love notes- send love notes with your children to school. This one I did with sons for a long a while and they were exuberant to get them, read them and actualy made a huge collection of these love notes
- This one is not directly related to your children- but it is 🙂 Show affection to your spouse and other significant people in your life. This is the best lesson in love your children will get, how to treat others with love, compassion and care
